Sadly their owner had passed away and they were now thankfully in the care of Grinshill Animal Rescue. The post said that both dogs would be going to the vets for a full check up. We made contact with the rescue informing them of our charity and offering to help with a donation towards any care that was needed.
As with most older sighthounds it was discovered that they both needed dental work so Miss Maggie sent over £350 to go towards this.
The last we heard was that both dogs were now in a long term quiet retirement foster home together.
